Documents Required for IEC Registration

For Individuals / Proprietors / Partners / Directors

• Copy of PAN Card: PAN card of the individual or proprietor.

• Passport Size Photograph: Recent photograph of the applicant.

• Identity Proof: Copy of Aadhaar Card or Voter Identity Card.

• Partnership Deed: If applying as a partnership, the deed must be provided.

• Board Resolution / Self-Declaration: In case of a company, a board resolution or self-declaration is required.

• Telephone Bill: Must be in the name of the individual (in the case of an individual applicant).

• Cancelled Cheque: Cancelled cheque of the individual, proprietor, or partner.

For Firm / Company

• Copy of PAN Card (Firm/Company): PAN card for the registered business entity.

• Property Papers (If Owned): Proof of ownership of the business premises.

• Rent Agreement (If Rented): A rent agreement for the business premises.

• Landlord NOC: A No Objection Certificate from the landlord (format will be provided by Care Corporates).

• Cancelled Cheque (Firm/Company): A cancelled cheque in the name of the firm or company.

• Electricity / Water Bill (Business Place): Utility bills as proof of business address.

• Telephone Bill (Business Name): A telephone bill in the name of the business.

• Service Tax Returns (For Proprietorship): If applying as a proprietorship, copies of service tax returns.

• Certificate of Incorporation: In the case of a company, the incorporation certificate is required.

• Bank Statement (Firm/Company): A recent bank statement for the business entity.

• AOA & MOA (In Case of Company): Articles of Association (AOA) and Memorandum of Association (MOA) for companies.

• Letterhead of Company: One letterhead of the company is also needed for verification.
